Macao SAR Chief Executive Edmund Ho Hau Wah presented the award of "World Outstanding Youth Chinese Entrepreneur" to Zhang Lijun

The 6th World Summit of Chinese Entrepreneurs was held at the Venetian Macao Convention & Exhibition Center on the morning of October 24, and 1,300 representatives of Chinese entrepreneurs associations from 35 countries and regions gathered and celebrated the event in Macao.

It was organized by the World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization, and jointly organized by Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, General Chamber of Commerce of Taiwan and so on. The number of participants broke the record for the highest score. Macao SAR Chief Executive Edmund Ho Hau Wah, Chairman of Association for Relations across the Taiwan Straits Chen Yunlin, President of Taiwan Foreign Trade Association Wang Zhigang, etc. attended the opening ceremony. Macao's Secretary for Economy and Finance, Tam Park Yuen, Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province Sun Yao, Vice Chairperson of Shaanxi People Political Consultative Conference Wang Xiaoan and other relevant government officials were also present at the event.

In recognition of the world’s outstanding youth Chinese entrepreneurs’ success stories and their public-spirited virtue, this summit held the 2nd session of world outstanding youth Chinese entrepreneurs’ selection. Chairman of the Board of VODone Limited Zhang Lijun for his great achievements in Internet sector and other 12 outstanding youth Chinese entrepreneurs around the world received the award and accepted the trophies and certificates presented by Macao SAR Chief Executive Edmund Ho Hau Wah.

Mr. Ding Kai En, President of World Federation of Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization said that the global Chinese entrepreneurs were increasingly willing to participate in the summit and hoped that as a service platform for Chinese entrepreneurs, Macao could create more opportunities for Chinese entrepreneurs all over the world.

The winner of "World Outstanding Youth Chinese Entrepreneur" Mr. Zhang Lijun said, “As the rapid development of Chinese economy and politics in recent years, the status, prestige and influence of Chinese merchants is rapidly increased. I am very proud of being a Chinese merchant. I also hope that through the efforts of both VODone team and me, we could share a new life of high-quality network video with all Chinese. ”

In order to promote the awareness of Taiwan new economic construction by Chinese merchants and expand the opportunities for the economic and trade cooperation between northeast China and Russian Far East Region, this summit also included the following activities such as “Taiwan Economic Cooperation Forum” in Taiwan and “Business Talks on Cooperative Projects for Entrepreneurs of Heilongjiang, Hong Kong, Macau and Russian Far East Region” in Macao. The summit and the 14th Macao International Trade and Investment Fair (MIF) were held at the same period. The participants also attended the Networking and Business Matching Session for Worldwide Chinese Entrepreneurs.
